Poşetsan delivers packaging solutions for many sectors in
aluminium lids groups by using multi layered and different
structures.
This group is composed of combination of aluminium,
cardboard and LDPE for food and non food sector and for
industrial purposes.
Rotogravure print with up to 10 colors printing.
Flexography print with up to 8 colors printing.
Glass & Jar Seal Lidding
• Solution for aluminum lids or reelfed lidding sealing on glass
and clay. Available embossed or unembossed. Good for
induction sealing.
Lidding material for Portion Pack
• This upper foil application is available in PET/Aluminum – heat
seal lacquered or coextrusion coated. Perfect sealing
properties against PP, PS,PET and PE.
• Special tailor made water based primer.
• Tailor made sealing lacqueres for perfect peel ability.
The sealing lids consist of a combination of aluminum, cardboard and LDPE.
Optionally it can seal to the bottles made from PP, PS, PET and LDPE or glass Jar.
We also have two process of sealing;
be seperated two parts by indiction heat
seal directly to the bottom container and remaining one piece; single part
After the product is opened for use, the cardboard on the cover defence to prevent contact with the air in order to protect the aroma of the product.
Our single-piece lids are especially used in the packaging of shampoo, various sauces and cosmetic products and offer superior performance
